Going to lease a new m3

hello, i live in san diego. gonna go with my girlfriends aunt because she wants to lease a convertible m3, she wants me to help her get a good deal, but i dont really know what a good deal on a lease is. any help would be amazing and much appreciated. thank you all!

now to all of you people who want to rag on me for not knowing, let me just say this. my girlfriends aunt lost her husband a year ago and no longer has a man to help her with the errands that he used to take care of. thank you again and please any help on a lease would help.

I dont know what the convert. are being discounted for, but I bet now with the cold weather coming in, you should be able to get a good deal. The residuals are crap right now. My guess, without calculating it, would be atleast $1200. But I could be wrong. maybe someone else who has leased a vert. can help
