BMW Perfromance Lip question

Just scratched mine up, can you buy just the lip piece itself and not the whole kit?

You can buy the lip from BMW easily. But it's way over priced. I started just getting replicas as I have had to replace mine a few times. If you are just sticking with the ABS lips and not carbon, you can find some quality replicas for a very reasonable price.

So it just bolts up to the mounting hardware already installed? Hoping to get a part number for just the plastic bit.
