Transmission Tunnel Squeak

I've been going though the car sorting all the rattles and squeaks. So far so good.

I've found one which is on the passenger transmission tunnel plastics.

Need to try and get some gummi pflege or felt tape in here to stop it.
Anyone now how to get these plastics off or the best way of going about it?

It can sort of prise the top and bottoms away fairly easily but I think the squeaking is in the middle where the panels join.
