Can someone help me change my VO (vehicle order) i have the full instructions of what to do (its for my headlights)

and before anyone asks i tried setting up everything using VMware and latest Daten files but i don't know but NCS expert has been acting really odd with me maybe its my macbook with not so good drivers but I'm tired spending time on this..although i have all the files necessary

its just changing my VO
