Wanted - Amplifier that accepts Balanced Differential Input.

As title, I am looking for an amp that accepts balanced differential input.

Must have at least 4 channels & the smaller the better. JL XD range would be perfect.

Thanks.

I seem to remember some of the current JBL amps being ok for this, but i ended up using line to RCA level converters for my amps. 1 pair for the front door speakers and 1 pair for the under seat subs. Sounds ace now.

Yes I think JBL MS-A Range is suitable.

I currently have a LOC in place & I am not getting the clean signal to the amp that I need. I am having to crank the amp & have the LOC as low as possible so as to not introduce even more noise & it still distorts higher up in the volume range.

Thanks.

JL XD amps don't take a hi level signal at all, they need a convertor.

Or if you code HU to hi-fi you don't need LOC.
And yes thats how its installed in my car. They are designed to take differential balanced input.
Bmw already has differential input and by coding it to hi-fi it converts it to balanced output.

Exactly what I am attempting. Shame my Genesis Profile 5 & my old Phoenix Gold ZX's dont accept balanced input. Been holding onto these for years & just as I insall the ZX350 for the first time in over 10 years it turns out it is fairly useless in this instance. Just goes to show that the most important bit is starting with a decent, flat signal. Fed from my Nak CD400 HU this amp powered every set of components I have tried with real drive & authority. At the mo it sounds barely better than some OEM systems & have heard!!
