Have anyone regret not to purchase the sport package?

At the beginning, i purchased this car because i just want the engine. I just want to race and tune it. I want to see how much i can push this car. By having too much option on your car, it will ad weight on to the car. I did op out the Sport package because i just dont like the shift seat that they have on it, suspension and the rim. I careless for the other option on the car. It is good price for sport package on the 335i. There was not any information on the oil cooler during the time i purchased it. After 4 months later and many miles, I found out that my car does not have oil cooler because i dont have sport package. I totally regret not to have sport package on my car... i will do more research on that car, if i want to buy it. Does anyone feel the same way too?

I honestly don't see a true need to have an oil cooler on a daily driven car. Unless you have a lot of open road and haul ass every chance you get, overheating isn't going to be an issue. It's not like you're driving sideways and boosting hard all the time (or ever).

once i saw the ZSP seats in an e90, i knew i had to have that option. I love how you can pull out the seat more around the thigh and overall the seat hugs your body more.

I do regret not getting the premium package so in way, i feel the same way you guys do.

The sport packages is a must for me. I didn't get the paddle shifters premium package and I drive for my first 335i.

The second 335i I got all the options I miss out the first time... now I'm happy with all the new options.

I've got the sport package on my E46 and would never get a BMW coupe or sedan without it, so I'll never have this problem. I don't think most experienced BMW owners would.

Sport Package?

I definitely recommend the sport package. The inflatable seat bolsters kep u in place around turns and gives u a planted IN CONTROL feeling. You can always get different rims and suspension but to change all three (suspensions, wheels, sport seats with inflatable bolsters) is a pain and expensive. I would have regretted not getting the sport package.

You are buying the 'standard' in sports sedans/coupes, a car that has been consistently in the Top 10 over many many years in most publications usually under the sports sedan/sports coupe category and the car for which all other manufacturers try to copy with their 'sports sedans'.

Why would you not get ZSP?

I didnt get it on the 330 and regretted it very much. Thus I got ZSP this time around (it was actually the first thing on my list). The ride is soooo much better and I freaking love how it handles.

When I bought my car, I actually wanted the Sport package/ with 6MT, but the dealership sold the car earlier that day. I ended up with a non-sport 6AT.
