ideal replacement for angel eyes bulb
hi, i have a 2010 320d and i would like to change the bulb of the angel eyes to something brighter that match closer to the bi-xenons.
i've searched, read and re-read the entire forum and have not come to a conclusion yet if there's something locally available. from what i gather you have to order them overseas but i don't even know what specific model to order. does anyone have any recommedation? also, with the model i have, i believe that changing the bulb is not through the wheel well but only at the back of the headlight inside the engine bay? can someone confirm this please? if anyone has a link on how to do this then it would be great. thanks. |

I got some GP thunders 7500k. It was only ~$20. Certainly not as bright as stock during the day but still visible. In low lighting and and night they looks fairly decent though.
Pics from a recent shoot. Two pics in DRL full brightness and two in reduced brightness (like when parking lights or low beams are on). I just nicked the pics from the other thread. http://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/att...6&d=1292477177 http://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/att...5&d=1292477387 http://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/att...3&d=1292477177 http://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/att...4&d=1292477177 IIRC the black car has a Camaross kit. They are EXTREMELY bright. I mean. SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY bright. Ask bmroxm5 for how much they were, but for $20 I'm content with the GPs. |
