G'day everyone! New member checking in :)
Hi everyone
My name is Kunal and I'm from Sydney. I've been a proud owner of a E93 335i convertible for about 3 weeks. Prior to the 335i, I had a Mazda RX8. I am a bit of a revhead and atm I have a project E36 325i as well along with a couple of other cars. I'm also an avid rider and have a Suzuki GSXR600. I have a BMS DCI and a JB3+ (although I haven't had time to install the JB3+ yet). Look forward to meeting up with fellow BMW owners and learning more about this amazing machine |

Hi mate, welcome to the BMW community. Those are some sick wheels!
Also, do you have the JB+ or the JB3? They are totally different chips. Either way, you'll LOVE the power after putting it in.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys!
PersianPete - cheers mate I toyed with an r6 and ended up getting the GSXR600..its so much more fun as a street bike. As for the questions :- No They're not BBS LM's .. although those were the rims I was trying to hunt down ever since I acquired my 335i! The chip I have is a JB3 (i dont know why I kept calling them JB3+ lol) - I haven't installed it yet, as I'm trying to book in a dyno so I can do before+after charts and to be quite honest, I got a bit intimidated after looking at the JB3 installation guide. |

make sure you get your car dyno'd on a dynojet. (don't confuse this with the motorbike 'dynojet' computer)
I sold my ZX10R last Christmas. I miss it at times, but I just wasn't riding it enough to justify the moneypit. Speaking of which... I might post a pic of it on the 'show us your ride' thread

I'm not interested in seeing power figures so any dyno is fine (i think the tuner i'm going to has a dyno dynamics as I've had my bmw dyno'd there before). I'm mainly interested in seeing gains, so a before+after power figure is all i'm after.
Nice bike that one a friend of mine owns it and he seems to love it too. Here's my current bike - GSXR600 : This is what I had before the 335i : |

reason i say dynojet is because most of the people on this forum or N54tech.com use dynojet so its easier to compare to other 335i's globally.

hey kunz, good to see you've found new love in a beemer. I had a mazda before the bmw too... nowhere near as sexy as yours though If I remember correctly, there was a big shitfight over at jdmst about you dropping some gears after a meet... dont worry, we'd give you a thumbs up if you did that at a 1addicts/e90post meet Enjoy the forums mate. |
