Which is best window tinter in Sydney
I am thinking to get my 320i AW window tinted and would like to know who is the best quality installer and with a top quality window tint in Sydney area. I prefer the darkest legal, I think it is around 35% in NSW.
Could anyone help please? Does the interior door panels have to be removed for the tint? I heard about midnight express from tint-a-car, are they any good? Thanks Leon |

I just got mine done at BMW when I dropped off the car once. 3M 35%. Don't cheap out on tints, otherwise you could get bad quality which bubbles/fades etc...

how much did you pay for it? if you dont mind me asking. a blonde chick was trying to get us into it when we bought our car from BMW Sydney, got quoted for $695 which I thought was a bit steep.
i've done a bit research on this, tossing either the black pearl film at Solartint, or the Formula 1/Midnight express at Solace (aka tint-a-car). i think a few of you have done your tints at Rosebery? any comments and feedback? cheers |

Theres another thread here.
You will find some links to my car in alpine white with 3M 35%. Then on the second page another car belonging to Systech with the formual 1 tint. Formula 1 probably isn't quite as dark as the 3M, but I think either would be a good choice. |

I was initially told $540 from BMW Sydney, but after a small "you can do better" it ended up costing $430. It looks good and works well with black interior. In terms of actually keeping things cool inside - I have no idea, I can't really notice any difference (but that's just me)

indeed, which is why I didn't bother shopping around more. My car was going in to the service centre anyway so it was easy. |
