Bloody Cup Holder!!!

I know this is infuriating, but having been to a dozen sites (including trying to find any reference to the part in the OEM listing) I CANNOT find how to repair the ridiculous cup holder in my 330i (E90). It's the one nearest the driver (although it is still on the passenger side - wonderful design).
It's stuck, spring gone or dislodged, won't close properly, and the 'touch open' does not work. Am i in the position of being again held to ransom by the Stealers for what seems like a relatively small repair, or does anyone know where I can get some DIY instructions for this part of the interior? (I've already checked out all the DIY sites posted on the Aust Forum not long ago).

I'm not sure how the Australian warranty goes but the dealer should be able to fix your malfunctioning cup holder.

You can get them for about $30US outta Tischer BMW in the States, Probably be around $70-80 here.
