Wheel spacers for XM.
Hey guys! Noticed there is no thread about it yet, so hoping I’ll find my answer here, same as other people that are looking for it!
I’m picking up my XM in a week or two, and was wondering if somebody has experience with wheel spacers for the stock 23 inch wheels? I would love to know all the sizing and dimensions, so the wheels can sit flush! Thank you in advance! |

I have the size already, but no one have it available.
I have to custom made it for testing and currently working to make them. I will post pictures once I finalized it.

Would you be so kind and share the information? Because I know most companies will roll it out much later, than I would need the spacers. So I probably would custom make it somewhere local.

Spacers helped so much!
I did a 17mm and 20mm and it works great. No rubbing.

I worked with Bonoss Wheel spacers to make a wheel spacer with the 66.5mm center bore but with a 5x120 bolt pattern. Seemed like this didn't exist before. The picture I sent was from a test spacer to check for rubbing and clearance and it worked amazing. I placed my order for the final production spacers last week and I increased it to 18mm in the front and 23mm in the rear, which I'm confident will also work great. I should have them in the next week or so. They come from China, the guy who runs the shop custom mills the block of aluminum to make them. I was skeptical of the build quality, but i was very very impressed. You can't go any wider than 23mm on the back because the longest bolts I could find were 50mm from Dinan. I'll take pics when I fit up the final.

As soon as Bonoss sends me the final product and I test it, I'm sure they will add it to their site. I will attach the link as soon as it's available.
Bonoss sells extended bolts but they max out at 47mm which will fit a max 20mm wheel spacer. I went with a 23mm wheel spacer and you need a 50mm bolt for that and they are available from Dinan. |

I've been trying to get it cut locally for better product and material quality. But, unfortunately, so far I couldn't get a good quote to where I want it to be. It is still too high. How much is Bonoss priced at?

So other than wheel spacers, what other top mods are you looking at? I saw the post about a trailer hitch. I'd love to get a tune to unlock the power in this engine. It's the same engine as the Label Red but just detuned. Would also love lowering springs, an exhaust, etc...

Hi again! I have been in contact with Jack, and am almost ready to place the order! What would you recommend, 17 or 15 mm in front? I understand that for the rear 20 mm is the best, am I correct? I’m looking for a flush fitment both in front and rear, I don’t want the wheels to be sticking out.

17mm fit perfect. No rubbing and flush. I think the back needs a little more than 20mm. He still hasn't shipped mine but he assures me they are on the way soon.
