Did you add the fender arches? Your rotors/calipers do not look like the larger ones included with the ZTK package.

The car has the ZTK, the bigger, open rims make the rotors look smaller.

Gotcha. Taking a second look, the first and third pics look like the larger caliper with he more pointed ends while the 2nd pic looks like the non-ZTK rounded off caliper, so its just camera angle/lighting.

Yes and as soon as the wheels went on I noticed how small the discs actually appear when you can spot them clearly. But the ZTK does stop very well so that's all that matters really.

I don’t think you have ZTK. Looking more closely at your YouTube video from a few slow camera pans, your front caliper design looks to be non-ZTK. The easiest way to spot the difference is the extra step down/notch on the top side caliper opening. Yours doesn’t have this notch and your rotor/caliper ratio seems smaller than ZTK.

Since you have the M badges on the fenders, your car might be Canadian/EUR which adds the fender extensions when the car is selected with the wider 8.5/9.5” (893M?) width OEM wheels. In the US, you can only get the fender extensions with ZTK which does include the larger front brake calipers/rotors.

Red caliper on the left is ZTK, blue caliper on the right is standard caliper.
