Shows this plan covers spark plugs and cabin filter etc...shows it's active for 36k miles do you guys just schedule to get these done before that time ends?

The dealer will automatically conduct the maintenance required based upon mileage

No problem - most dealerships handle their service very well so you shouldn't experience any issues.

Spark plugs are every 60k miles. It’s in the maintenance schedule.

One of the selling points when extending the plan by buying Ultimate+1 (one more year ) is that it should then allow for replacing brake pads. However, I don’t know of anyone who has actually had that service performed for free.

We did the +2 for my wife’s X3. That was for a total of 5 years / 75,000 miles. She had front/rear brakes, including new rotors, spark plugs, brake fluid, and of course oil changes, filters, wipers. For the price we paid, relative to what the service department charges, we ended up saving money.
