Hi everyone, looking for some input on an exhaust upgrade for my M8competition cabriolet.

My daily driver is an M5c with the performance titanium exhaust, so when I get into the M8 competition with the stock exhaust, its just super lame. Its interesting how the M5 sedan is so much more super car like with the exhaust, and the M8 so much more supple with the factory one.

Any suggestions on the best upgrade for the M8? Would love to hear other peoples experiences with upgrade choices. Thanks!

You can throw in Evolution Racewerks secondary cat delete or some company called it midpipe.
It will give you more volume to your exhaust sound.
It doesn't trigger CEL nor require tune.

Akrapovic catback with secondary cat delete is what I have and it sounds incredible. Here is a cold start video, i am going to get some reving videos and driving videos next weekend.

Thanks guys for your input. Tethys - thanks for that info. I like the akropovic exhaust, that is the sound I am angling for. Does it make sense this product here is what to get? How much did yours cost? thanks!

That is a wrong listing, that website only a listing for the midpipe that has been discontinued.
