Love the color, wasn't it the color on the concept E92 M3? Will this be an available color?

Reminds me of the Jaguar profile but this is a nice evolution to the BMW design aesthetic

I have a question for @jason

I see conflicting pictures of the buttons shown here in these two pictures. Which one will the US be getting, the metal buttons or the plastic ones? Or are these metal buttons only for the cars they show at events and car shows?

One of the few cars that have perfect everything for the times we are in. Will definitely look to get me the m850 one day. Leasing m550 and loving it but not sure I can go that much with my budget to get the 8er.

The 8 series in Coupe and Gran Coupe form is beautiful and definitely one of the best looking vehicles BMW is currently producing.

With that said, Pure Metal Silver must be one of those colors that needs to be seen to be truly appreciated as I still can't see anything special about it to justify the premium price.

Pure Metal Silver is pure excellence. Love the color.

Did Alpina supply those wheels?

Probably pay more to get the metal buttons? Well, Its ok since u guys enjoy cheap car price. Just top up some pennies.. here you go with metal buttons.

Just like Audi A6 - A8 in Malaysia, we get metallic interior with metal buttons whereas the rest of the world I have seen gets black plastic buttons only for standard trim.

Yeah I was considering buying it on my European Delivery but that's assuming that the Euro cars actually get the metal buttons. That's what I am unclear about.

Will it be available as a full bench rear seat without rear center console? That would be great option.

Hmmm...other than the colors, it's not doing it for me. Looks huge, and from the side view the back half has a bit of 5/6 GT in it. Also, the exhaust ports are ridiculously big. Maybe it's the camera angle...
