Back to Porsche! :D Well Sort Of...
Only I wish it was me who is going to be the proud owner
My mum has bought (well put a deposit down on) a 2005 911 (997) Carrera S without even seeing it She will see it on Thursday and if it is in the condition described she will be picking it up the following week Guards Red (of course), Black interior. It has all the extras, PCM, CD Changer, telephone etc. Can't wait for her to get it as shes said I can use it one day per week YAY! At least keeps me in with the Porsche fold I do hate (in the nicest possible way) the OPC though as they all know me and they are trying there best to tempt me into another one, not that I can blame them. At the same time Midgie had the most attention they all love Midgie Unfortunetely there was a Speed Yellow 911 (996) GT3 Mk. 2 for only £5000 more, I soooooo wanted her to go for the GT3 but she didn't like it I would have gave Porsche anything they wanted for that!

You wouldn't have liked it. It's not old enough.

Lucky Mum and lucky you if you can drive it.
When I picked mine up the other week after having the sports exhaust and short shift gear change fitted, my sales guy told me they're getting a couple of 997 turbo's in soon and if I want a drive in one, just give him a ring. They shouldn't do this to us should they! lol. |

Oh they are terrible the OPC got me more hooked on Porsche than I already was....! Really want another especially now!!
My mum is going to get a Sports Exhaust and the nice Techart wheels fitted, yay Of course I wish it was mine but hey ho I suppose thats life ....... hmmm now I'm sure Midgie could develop a few problems ..... then again my mum would know what I wanted and give me the 5 Series instead Looking forward to driving it as they are loads of fun 911 (997?!) Turbo oh yes please, have a drive they are offering
