I have an almost new ER catted downpipe for the N20 3 series engine. High flow cats and comes in ER box with installation instructions. Bought it brand new, only drove with it for a few weeks around town, and then took it off since I'll be selling the car. Added a nice pull across all ranges and sounds great. Not too loud or soft.
