Turn off engine and throttle adaptations

I've reported several times in this forum about various issues I've had with throttle engagement and disengagement. Thuds, jumps, jerks, engine stalls. All while firmly in a gear, not while switching them. When I take it in and have them look at it, they never feel it (of course), the car's never throwing a code, and they just reset the adaptations. This seems to temporarily correct the problem, until it inevitably comes back.

I want to disable these adaptations. I'll code, I'll void, I'll break, I'll replace, and I'll spend money. I just want it fixed, because I'm nearly out of warranty with no answers, and the next step is to sell it. Any help would be appreciated.
