Upcoming last free maintenance
Hey,
I got my M235i in 2014 and have 25k miles now. BMW will perform my last free maintenance in February 2018. I had minor issues the past few years, mostly related to a recall for a fuel pump, some rattle noises and a dying battery. Is there anything else I should ask them to check while the car is still under warranty? According to the ODC, front brake pads will need to be replaced in 11k miles (rear have already been replaced earlier this year). How much does it usually cost? Any other big cost I should anticipate in the next 2 years? Thanks! |

for oil, do it your self. Its really simple and its almost impossible to f it up. Use FCP euro, buy the oil once, than when time to replace, you buy new and send the old back in the containers for a refund minus cost of shipping.
Do this with every part you can as long as FCP carries it. -brake fluid -oil -wiper blades -Maybe brake pads, if they have them in stock The pads are really easy to change as well, just knock 2 pins out and change the brake pad. I havent used the free maintence for anything in a long time, and i pay minimal for OEM service parts this way.
