If you mean the snap in adaptor then I have a basic adaptor which I would be willing to sell.

Does the adapter hold phone in place, charge and boost signal like the bmw adapter?

Yes mate it is a genuine BMW adapter. It also has media function, I think you need 6NR for it to work. I'm not too sure tbh.
