Absolutely nothing. Well, not entirely true. When I picked up the car they had put the carbon mirror caps and side rails on even though I didn't order or pay for them. Sales guy said the parts guys put them on by mistake when doing the other M performance parts I did order so they would just let me have them.

When I bought my E87 years ago from the same dealer we got a bottle of bubbly plus some cheese and crackers.

The enjoyment of driving my brand new car from the showroom floor to their nearest BMW panel beater to look at a paint issue and spending 30 minutes in their waiting room with my sales dude.

Appreciate their effort and they may have just done a bad job of removing the pre-delivery glue but it was a crap experience.

North Shore BMW and no umbrella.

I got this see thing...less the actual hanger or any accessory for that matter. All I got was the man part that hooks to the headrest with zero addition accessories.

Might as well not give me anything.... I found it a bit more insulting as its clearly another sleezy sales technique. I would now have to spend more money with them just to make this thing useful.
