Wow!

I would punch myself in the testicles many, many times if it meant I could own one of these.

This actually looks quite close to a production car, and I'm impressed! Remove the gold bits, give it some larger M mirrors, and normal exhaust outlets, and probably move the wheel size down 1 inch and you have your M8. My guess is that it's as close/closer to production looks than the 4 Series Concept was back in 2012

Quite funny that they made a concept with the LCI headlights. Almost exactly what they ended up being.

Yup same with taillights. Pretty funny but also messed up that they have tech but don't release it

Can't help but thinking they deliberately keep some of the good stuff for the LCI - the current state of the competition does seem to push them to release stuff right away though.

Audi is years ahead regarding the virtual cockpit and Merc isn't standing still either.

The pictures of the M8 on the ice looks remarkably similar to a photo I took of my f30 335 on a frozen lake!

The design may be pretty far along, but this is clearly a showstand car. That is surprising considering the 8-series coupe is so far along in development, including the interior design. My guess is BMW put this shell on the stand just to have an answer to the production AMG GT reveal.

I'm really hoping the actual production car ooks even half like how this concept does. BMW's concept cars hardly ever resemble anything like what they actually put into production lately.

Love the front, the profile looks nice as well, but not digging the rear. I start to dislike the new rear light design (X4 and now this). It doesn't look like german car style, but more asian or french, which isn't a good thing.

But good looking car in general and I actually think that the production car will not look that much different (except paint, door handles, side mirrors and wheels).

Oh and while the paint looks fascinanting, I'm not a fan of these chameleon colors. It's just too much and somehow confusing.

Front is awesome and for sure very close, if not as production will be.

But the rear…hmmmm…not really that nice and somehow not what you expect it to look like if you look at the front ans side profile. Looks like they wanted to much and didn't know how to really finish it up...
