Hey guys,

I wanted to go catless with my G16 and been doing lots of research online for a good choice and I'm so confused...some website says their downpipes are for the G15 only and some advertised as G15&16.

My question is does the gran coupe downpipes fits the coupe?

Also if you guys can recommend a brand that will send me the correct ones without issues that would be great! I'm planning to get them installed with my dealership but the labor cost is crazy high so I need a trusted brand.

I don't have an answer but I'm pretty sure with catless DPs you're going to get CEL. Is your dealer going to code it out?

Yes so I will be getting Carbahn stage 1 tune after the installation so they will code it out.

Here is mine with MAD downpipes. I just need to figure out the o2 sensor code. The defoulers I ordered didn't work.

Sounds great! However I cannot find any options for the m850 on mad website, where did you purchase them?

A tuner can code O2 sensor code out and yes defoulers don't work on these new cars no more they are too intelligent

I have the prototype I test-fitted it for them. I just emailed them directly. I run a BMW dealer so they let me get my shop to install them.

I have JB4 and intake on the car. Do you know of any tuners?

Does your dealer have contract with Carbahn tuning? That would be the best way to do it

The ones I got from MAD almost fit perfectly. I took pictures and videos and sent them the info so If you get them from MAD they should fit perfect

I'd get them if they had it posted on their website, they only have ones for the M8

Holy molly these are really overpriced! Even for catted! I'm thinking to go with rvg perf tbh my friend just installed them they sound great catted 200 cel

They are located in the US but you never know all these brands where it's actually made they could be all in China lol except the big brands like armytrix or akrapovic.. so if you really Willing to spend that much just go with one of these big names.
So far rvg is probably what I'll go with since they offer return and fitment guarantee and my bud got them installed at the dealership without issues.
