No shit. I think this was pre-radar and cameras. Crappy pics, but the effing rebar did quite the number on my 2008 535xi. The restaurant paid for the whole thing. It was the only curb with rebar sticking out. And, this bumper wasn't all that low.

Ya I mostly back in to avoid the front end crunch nobody wants to hear. Here in Ontario we have to have a front and rear plate so it wouldn't matter.

M8 and Escalade with corsa exhaust start up. I tried to record a cold start on both vehicles but using the decibel feature on the iPhone butchered the initial video recording. This was the second start, but still “cold-ish.” I think the m8 was a bit more affected by a second start. Second video was after driving the m8, both cars warmed up

Decibel reading on cold start m8 mid-90s and Escalade around 90, but in video Escalade sounds louder
