Full size spare with staggered setup.

Question , I hit a pothole and I ended up with a 3rd front OEM wheel. Would it be OK to run the slimmer FRONT size wheel on the back in the event I got a flat? I checked the rotations, the fronts and back are very close to rotations per mile.

Is there such a thing as a BMW donut for these cars ?

The spare will be 135/70/R19 Vs. my fronts and rear 245-40-19 / 275-35-19 is very close to rev/s mile. So this will work out fine.
