minor accident

Gentleman I need advice. Minor accident tonight. Someone changing lanes hit my rear bumper on the passenger side. Don't think any body work needs to be done. 99% will buff out but I see at minimum 2 spots smaller then a dime where paint is missing. Can that be fixed without spraying the entire bumper? Anybody know of a great shop in the New York Metro area?

I don't have a body shop recommendation, but would almost guarantee that will be a full bumper respray.

might want to consider touch up paint first, before spending hundreds and valuable time in the repair shop. See the link below. I can confirm their paint quality is top notch, and i can live with the results after treating a small gouge on my hood.
