Congrats again on your new ride!

Car looks sooo much better with the drop (and is in desperate need of spacers).

If you are thinking about spending money on other wheels I definitely would not go for BMW ones, rather some 21" HRE's (FF11) or BC Forged (like Ehloo's)...

I think the 728M (especially in jet black) look gorgeous already and I would actually keep them as winter wheels and get some nice 21" wheels as summer ones as suggested. Indeed with those H&R springs and just a bit lowered compared to stock, the car stands and looks really better than before and of course you will gain something in curves and while enjoying some sporty driving too.

So I’m Pretty Bad At Taking Pictures... (For Every 10 Pictures In My Phone.. 9 Are Of My Daughter LoL) But Anyway. I Initially Tried H&R M850 Drop Springs Back In February.. Hated Them!!! The Back Sagged So Badly That I Took The Back Off And Left The Front Springs On. Then I Put M550 Springs On And I Love Em.

Side Note I’m On 22z 😫😫.. I’ll Try And Take Some More Pics This Week

I also lowered my M8 GCC with the HR M550 Springs and added spacers in both the front and rear.
Here is a pic! It’s pretty slammed in my opinion.
I love it!!

Looks great!!

It was my understanding that the F chassis cars could use the M550 springs but the G chassis cars could not. At least that was the advise I was given. Do you know what the ACTUAL H&R model number was on your springs? i.e. it wasn't "M550 Springs"...it would have been something like 28721-2.

got to appreciate the balls to experiment

i was told the m550 springs wouldn’t work. glad they do. saw a m8 on m850 and the rear was so much lower than the front. look terrible

any issues or modifications to get the m550 to fit

Rears look good but I think the fronts are too slammed.....looks like early 2000's Benzes with air-matic suspension when one of the valves went out.

I apologize, I don’t know all the specs you are requesting.
I do know I followed Limeyprides awesome build and turned the specs over to my mechanic, so it should be very close to his build all around with lowering springs, spacers, Venturi intake and I added a JB4 Plug in tune.
I think it looks terrific, it’s fast as f..., and I get daily compliments about the car wherever I go. It’s still so unique as there are very few M8 GCC on the road.

Come spring, I think I'll be looking at HRE's. r33_RGSport, are you an approved dealer for HRE?

This means, for the winter, I'd be putting winter tires on my existing 728M's. Seems like heresy!

I am not an official dealer, but I can get them.
I have a lot of friends in the industry.

It's true... he does. It's because he's a nice guy and cares about his customers. I know, I know—you're expecting the sarcastic punchline but, no punchline here, he really is that cree... nice.
