With the AC Schnitzer performance upgrades including up to 4 years warranty, the M8 Competition with 460 kW/625 HP and 750 Nm comes up to a fantastic 530 kW/720 HP and 850 Nm and the M8 with 441 kW/600 HP and 750 Nm to 515 kW/700 HP and also 850 Nm. The deep and rich sound of the AC Schnitzer sports exhaust (with 2 exhaust flaps) and 2 each "Carbon Sport", "Sport" or "Sport black" tailpipes in right/left combination (4 pieces) for all BMW M8 has a calming effect. As an option, the AC Schnitzer module warranty can also be taken out for the exhaust conversion. The BMW M8 climbs to the peak of sporting driving pleasure effortlessly with the AC Schnitzer suspension spring kit, even on winding climbs. This is achieved by lowering the suspension by approx. 20 mm at the front and approx. 15 mm at the rear compared with the standard suspension. Headwind is skillfully compensated by various aerodynamic elements and converted into improved downforce: The AC Schnitzer front splitter, the carbon side skirts, the rear spoiler (2-piece for M8 Gran Coupé) and the carbon rear spoiler for M8 Coupé as well as the "Racing" rear wing for M8 Coupé (in Germany: for racing use only) make the M8 stick to the asphalt. Wheel/Tyre set with Lightweight Forged Wheels AC3 "Evo" in Anthracite/Silver with Center Locking in Grey. With the wheelsets, AC Schnitzer also takes into account the enormous loads from speed-climbing: AC3 "Evo" lightweight forged wheels (silver/anthracite or anthracite/silver) with central locking optics in grey or gold as well as AC3 flowforming wheels BiColor (silver/anthracite or anthracite/silver) and Type VIII lightweight forged rims in BiColor Black are available. All wheel and tyre combinations are offered with 21 inch rims and fitted with 275/30 R 21 (front) and 285/30 R 21 (rear) tires. AC3 lightweight forged wheels in 20 inch in BiColor Silver/Anthracite and Anthracite/Silver and AC1 light alloy wheels in BiColor Silver/Anthracite and Anthracite or Type VIII light alloy wheels in BiColor Black round off the extensive wheel program for the M8 models. All wheel sets in 20 inch size are also available with winter tires. The tuning experts from AC Schnitzer also set the highest standards for the design of the interior of the M8. Aluminium shift paddle set, aluminum pedal set, aluminum footrest and aluminum keyholder elegantly combine sportiness with maximum exclusivity. ACS- Brabus pricing for BMW. You too can spend more than the car is worth to have it look like this
It doesnt look that bad but nothing to overspend on IMHO vs building a nice M8 in piecemeal.

Surprisingly an ACS kit that doesn't make me vomit. Aside from those awful rims that is... That said, this kit doesn't add much to the car either, almost unnoticeable.

I guess with that additional money one could fully spec the M8 and perhaps even have some money left....The ACS rims alone cost a fortune though I prefer the original BMW wheels that in the M8 case are really nice when compared to other models.

Night vision. You can't even order it anymore for the US market for 2021. In my nearly 10 years selling BMW I've only had a tiny number of clients interested in having the feature.

I’m guessing more so in Europe, since their software updates keep the car WLTP/emissions compliant. Not sure how many tuning outfits do that.
Center lock wheels I’d understand on an M2 or M4, cars that could potentially go endurance racing where this may make a difference. But on an M8GC? Completely pointless. I’ve never liked ACS that much, at least visually. Maybe the engineering makes up for it, who knows.

I concur...
With internet/YouTube, I see ACS disappearing in a few years. None of their stuff is relevant, and anything installed voids the warranty. ACS is a weak offering. If you aren't doing it with a warranty, why not go all out? |
