In regards to specing out an M8C build, is it only possible to get gold calipers if you option in the ceramic brakes package?

Just curious after building one on the US configurator last week, the caliper color options seem to be limited to blue or red, unless adding the ceramic brakes.

Yes, that caliper color only comes with the carbon ceramics. You could always get them painted if you prefer this color over red or blue.
