Hello everyone. Figured I would rejoin the BMW community after trading in my 21 C8 HTC for a beautiful 23 M850i. I've onwed several BMW's in the past, including a Alpina B6, so I am familiar with the brand. My reasons are many for leaving GM products, but that can be another conversation.
I'm sure I'll have some questions on modding in the future. Take care. |

Great color! Love the black wheels, but they are a pain to clean...
What interior color did you get? |

Black wheels are my bane and my favorite. Definitely a pain in the rear but look badass for 1 day until the brake dust starts to show. My interior is the Fiona Red/Black Merino. Similar color setup as my C8. Seats are more comfortable in the BMW.

It's OK to show a pic of your C8.

So what are your reasons for leaving GM products? Just curious since I did the same many years ago. |

The last straw was the dealership only having 1 "Vette" guy and if I wanted any service I'd have to wait weeks for what I considered routine visits. I know the C8 was a new platform but geez, I would expect more prep from GM getting their techs up to speed. The local BMW dealership has always treated me well and if there were any issues they would call me up, apologize, and fix it. Free loaner car was a major perk also. There are some other issues I have with GM, but I won't go down the rabbit hole quite yet lol. |
