Yes it drives differently than any other BMW

I have owned 6 BMW's including a 1987 M6 and a 2015 M5, I have also been to M School and drove M3's, M5's and M6's at the South Carolina Center. All I can say is that my new M8, feels completely different than any BMW I have ever driven. I am not an expert, just someone who has been a BMW purist and this one is different. Smoother, tighter, quicker, better sounding. It may not be better than a Porsche, MB, or other Super Cars, but as far as BMW goes, it is their best effort yet. As an "Old Guy", I really like the combination of Fast and Luxury, the new M8 hits the mark.

This one is Davit Grey with Taruma Brown, even the BMW Genius at my dealership could not figure out all the settings.

Here are a few pics

First of all, congratulations! I hope you enjoy it.

I'm sure all of us would love some more pictures especially from the interior!

May I ask why'd you choose this over an M8 GC?

Congrats once again

Thats a none comp pack I think, I thought the wheels were exclusive to the CP, we dont seem to have the option of none CP in the UK, I much prefer the std car

Can you get some interior shots too, I very interested in the same combination

Thanks

I will post some of the interior when I get the chance. On the M8 GC, honestly I did not want to wait and don't really need the rear seat, which is no one could ever sit in.

As to other comments, this is a non CP model. Since this car won't see the track, I saw no need. I like this "Base" model just fine. The great thing is everyone has a choice and this was mine, and I could not be more pleased. The M8 CP has another set of even more fancy wheels, but I am pleased with this set having some black and how it goes with the Davit Grey

Here are a few more photos, I have tried several times to make them right side up, but due to lack of technical skill, please pardon the photographer. I know you can click on them and straighten them
