Black Wheel Touch Up
Asked my dealer sometime ago to find out what the paint code is for the M//gloss black wheels and was told they have had several ask but they could never get a straight answer from BMW which I found a bit odd. I did some research on my own and confirmed it's just BMW Jet Black/no special color.

The color is officially jet black yes. Now as with all colors there are different shades (thus codes) based on the color scheme palette. BMW will ultimately not disclose which one they use on the 728 wheels but some of the paint suppliers may know. If you have to correct a small imperfection on the wheel, make sure you first test it on the inside part. Probably with a standard jet black you will not see the difference (even if there was one), but safe is safe.
