m8 gc spacers / tune

have 2020 m8 GC - looking to put on spacers -- what's best site & brand?
any pics you can post of your car and spacers (also searching online - but sooo many different opinions)

i had 2019 m5 and believe i put on 12mm front and 15 mm rear - does that sound about right?

Also best Tune - don't want to void warranty so thinking about Carbahn tune?

I’m using Future Classic 12mm front/back. In the next couple of weeks I will replace the Bridgestone with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S and going one size bigger 255/35 front 285/30 rear on the M728s.

OP has an M8. Offsets and spacers most likely create a different set of circumstances from your M850.

So dealer cant detect it? Which tune you use that can be hidden from dealer? Does your remote start work?

If the dealer really wanted to, they can detect all the tunes. I just basically uninstall the racechip using the blank every time I bring the car to the dealer.

My remote start works.

Spacer is 12mm all around at stock height. 15/12 or 18/12 when lowered.

All tunes and mods will void your warranty.
Even CarBahn or Dinan, they just replaced it with their warranty. You do need to read all the lawyered up fine prints.
Got many customers that had issue and got stuck in the middle between BMW Dealership and Dinan.

Feel free to checkout my IG @RGSport_USA for pictures of few M8 thar I have done.

Or search for Vic55 , xmanpro , ed4 , limeypride , and many other of my M8 customers post and pictures.

Good choice.

RaceChip also provides engine warranty, only if you are the first owner of the car, etc, etc, and so on. There is a long small print too.
I would say the lawyers kind of copy each other on the warranty fine prints.

I have a ‘25 M8 coupe on order waiting for an allocation. Is 12mm all around at stock height what you recommend for the coupe as well?

I would suggest 15mm fronts 12mm back, just put them on 4 days ago and there perfect

Carbahn matches your orignal factory warranty. Given that it's a 2020, you won't have much (if anything) left.

I think you pay double the price for the the tune with warranty vs without warranty.

It makes sense when the car was new, but not sure if it's cost effective to pay double for 1 year of warranty.
