BMW M8 Comp aftermarket exhausts

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Looking into buying an M8C, but can't seem to find any aftermarket exhausts for it. Modifying the exhaust is pretty much a must-do with modern cars due to how choked and muffled they are thanks to emissions..
I understand that it only came out in June 2019, but come on! No one has made an exhaust for it yet?

If anyone has any info on this, please feel free to add to the thread!

Looking to at least find catless downpipes for it..

Car came out in late Oct. nothing on the market exhaust wise. Downpipe’s from the m5 f90 fit so you have options there. I am running the secondary catless Downpipe’s and volume has increased around 25 percent

Working with some manufactures and eta is most likely late spring before anything is released

Its coming, there will be the M Performance Ti exhaust and Akrapovic shows a placeholder as well. Meisterschaft shows one and Eisenmann as well. I think they are slowly coming out basically all the vendors for the M5 will do one.

The stock exhaust is already pretty loud. I mentioned on another thread that it has been clocked at 92+ dB at Laguna Seca. Keep that in mind if you care about tracking your car.

October? I thought it was June, my bad. Glad to hear the downpipes from the F90 fit! That's the route I'll go then. I'll keep an eye out for new exhaust systems in Spring.

Yes, I've heard the M8 is quite loud stock but I'd like it to be a bit more loud and obnoxious with more pops
I really doubt I'll be tracking it, so it shouldn't be a problem.
Glad to see another Russian haha
How are you liking your M8 so far?

I love it, it's basically better than the F83 M4 I used to have in every direction: acceleration, cornering, braking, ride, convenience (i.e. it has a normal size trunk), interior. It is a very, very capable street + track car that doesn't sacrifice on the comfort. I also recommend you to opt in for carbon ceramic brakes, those are amazing.

It’s a different loud. Exhaust is very deep which might make you feel it’s not as loud as it really is. My neighbor 3 houses away knows when I go to work. Good news he loves cars and has a modified zr1
