Bluetooth headset recommendation

My friend wants to get a bluetooth headset and wanted some recommendations. He was looking at this bose one, but looks overpriced to me and I hear bose earbuds aren't that great, so makes me wonder about this. $150 for bt headset seems overly expensive to me. TIA for advice.

If he has an iPhone I'd suggest the apple one. I love mine and they work beautifully together.

Getting arrested for talking on the phone while driving is GAY. That said, wearing them everywhere and talking in the checkout line etc. is major gay.
