Triple net includes holdback ---

msrp to invoice is one number then there are stages of holdback but triple net is more of a Benz dealer term as holdback comes in stages with that brand.

For the most part, sans of trunk or hood money or any sort of rebate, full msrp to holdback on a bimmer is circa 11% (so just take that off 100k if its a new msrp)

89k or that range on a new 100k msrp car from BMW.
