I can't own a white shirt....well, I can but they have to be cheap because I always get sauce or something on them. I never understood a white interior on a car, it's too bright and makes no sense to me.

Lol fair enough. I'm insane with keeping my cars clean (especially interiors) so color doesn't bother me (even if it's high upkeep).

Thanks for posting. Man that Tesla is quick but beyond fugly, surprised the R8 beat the M8 by that much (M8 had a great launch) and even though the Audi has a weight advantage I would have thought/hoped the M8 would have caught up by the finish.

It’s not white, Called silverstone and looks amazing in person. Yes I have it. Have to see it in person. It guess the interior a much more luxurious feel

Hard to keep clean but the other view is that you can see the dirt. Everything else just hides it. It’s still dirty

Love ours and white interiors present zero issues for me. We had 2 convertibles in the same color and they were no problems either. But then I don’t eat on our cars

In the end a question of personal taste. We have one triple black E63s but dark interiors are boring at this point (to me)...

Agreed on the Silverstone as normally I would shy away from a white interior but my dealer had a M8C coupe in Dravit Grey with the Silverstone interior and it was gorgeous. So gorgeous I was tempted to buy it vs my M850i before it landed. Ultimately, ended up holding to the decision on the M850i as have promised the wife some remodeling at the house this year and spending the differential there. Double win for me with the M850i that I absolutely love and a happy wife with the remodeling.

Expected the Tesla to do well and even more so if it was a S P100D vs the X P100D. The Telsa S P100D was on my shortlist especially given the price drop from 2 years ago. However, the interior pales in comparison to the M850i and Lexus LC 500 (also on the short list). The test drive was satisfying in the Model S but ultimately the car lacks soul, i.e., the glorious sound of an ICE so it was scratched and came down to the M850i and the LC 500. Posted elsewhere that the LC 500 was scrapped due to its extremely narrow seats and more so the absolutely terrible Infotainment system.

Poor Porsche.
All super cars, but they just have to pull 992 C4S for the challenge.
Should've at least call up the 991.2 Turbo S.

I'm not buying it. I'm convinced that M8C could do better.

Relative to its class/league it's only intended to beat the RS7, AMG 4 Door, and S Class Coupe. Maybe 911 Turbo? Anything else I don't think they care about.

The new RS7 appears to be disappointingly slow in any comparison test. Almost embarrassing for Audi.

Unless tuned, a 991.2 Porsche Turbo S will easily beat the M8. Even tuned is a question.

The new 992's have proven to be very fast cars so I assume the new Turbo/Turbo S will set some new performance benchmarks that will be difficult to beat. Tune or not.
The BMW is just too heavy.

991.2 would make them look silly. Lol

991.2 turbo would have been better choice

Can't wait to see 991.2 turbo in action

Such a dumb video. These morons obviously didn't use launch control

The AMG GT sedan / M8 / R8 are similar speeds yet R8 walks them all. Come on...

The S class coupe is out of this euqation in my opinion, even an M85i could smoke an S63 amg coupe. AMG 4 door? Maybe. I still expected the M8C to do better against the R8. Figuratively the M8C has a quicker 0-100 time and has more HP.
Anyhow carwow is known for under performing when it comes to BMWs, so I wouldn't be surprised if another reviewer has totally different results.
