Just got my Dravit Grey 2024 M8 Coupe wrapped in STEK DYNOmatte PPF and Llumar IRX 25% tint. Dravit still has the awesome color-change characteristics as before. Very happy with how it turned out!

It's certainly a very professional looking job and looks great but I prefer the original gloss finish.

Agreed but I don't know how easy it would be to keep the matte finish clean, especially up here in wet and muddy Scotland.
My 840 is in gloss Dravit Grey and the first thing I did after buying it from new was to thoroughly wash it and get it into my garage. I then spent the following three or four days going through the Gyeon Q2 Prep and Can Coat Evo coating process.
That was nearly two years ago and other than the occasional snow foam and shampoo when it gets really mucky, all it needs is a weekly going over with a water hose brush and it still looks almost new.

So its an M8 and you scored on the deal, great job.

I personally like Dravit untouched, the dynamic of the color in the sun and shade is tremendous and striking. So while the wrap/stealth is cool, I personally like the OEM color best.

oh and drive a 4x4 M8 LOL

I have had several OEM matte cars, love the optics but I just think Dravit is amazing in gloss.

Looks gorgeous. Thought about that for my Dravit but ultimately wrapped her in frozen dark grey. Bit darker than Dravit and was surprised cost was actually better than stealth wrap.

Awesome! What PPF are you getting? I got STEK DYNOmatte as I understand it has a bit more sheen/satin look than some other matte PPFs that are more flat.

I'm having Xpel installed. Picking out tints tomorrow. Will post a pic if I can. Did you ceramic coat over the PPF?

Please do. Hope it turns out well! My installer said there's no need to ceramic coat, but I got Dr Beasley's matte PPF coating to apply. Plan to do it this weekend.
