Just picked up 24’ M8 GC Comp. First time owning an M car, Got a few mods on the way. CF front lip spoiler. CF rear PSM spoiler, CF mirror covers.

Any other suggestions? I need side skirts and Diffuser

Lower with KW HAS---
JB4 or Racechip Piggy (DME is not broken unless you want to ship it)
Resonator removal (X pipe, straight, or H it)
2ndary Cat pull and add free flowing DP's (no cel)

If you keep the stock wheels then space them out with
18F and 12R

those are the basics- not sure if you did tint or not, but thats a good thing to do always.

Edit.. code out the amber lights and some other things (nav warnings, seat belt chimes, etc)

Great list to get started for sure. Next remove second row and two rear doors and your almost done. There isn't a whole lot with out big money and time coming into play for the 8 series...
