I know nothing about these cars...is the second picture down an automatic or do they all use shifter paddles? Also, when a car had the paddles does it have a clutch or is it like the shiftronic?

they have the ferrari F1 sequential gearbox (similar to BMW's SMG)... no clutch pedal, but the clutch is operated by a computer, and the computer presses the clutch every time you touch on the paddles to engage gear... so its not an automatic!

does that make sense ?

Auto in a Ferrari? You've got to be joking. I don't think they've ever sold a car with an auto, or at least not as long as I've been alive. You can still order them with a regular old stick, though it's an option only ~10% of buyers take since the F1 gearbox is literally as fast as the gearboxes used in F1 cars.

not true they had an automatic in a last generation ferrari. It was the front engine coupe with flip up headlights. I forgot the name of it. Looked like steptronic with a metal pole and ball shifter on the top.
