It doesn't look like $100,000.

Hence why it wears the title "8 Series" this isn't a completely different car but a variation of an already existing model, such as 6 series coupe and gran coupe and 4 series coupe and gran coupe

Yes different in that it isn't a hofmeister kink, looks awful, do not like.

It looks nice. My lease will end in 18 months. Still can't decide either M8GC or continue with Panamera turbo

Really hoping the 4 series GC looks like a mini version of this, but highly doubt it

completely agree. It looks like BMW is making the coupes based off the GC dimensions for the 4 and 8 series.

It’s getting a little frustrating when I’m seeing other car companies try to copy the kink from BMW, like MB with the c class coupe and the GT 4 door coupe, and they are doing a better job than BMW. What is this? C pillar has no rhyme or reason. And I had such high hopes because I thought the 4 gran coupe was almost perfect.

Anyone knows when the 840 (6 cylinder) will come out, either GC or coupe?

I'm sorry but that side-profile is horrendous. Fire the man who drew it up.

I'm interested in seeing the interior design of the +2 though.

Nope..trunk lid...I'd like it even more if it were like the 4GC and had a hatch..but you can tell it only has a trunk based on no seams up the sides of the back window.......and stops at the window base instead.

Looking Sharp!

I have to say that to my eye the GC is looking sharper than the coupe version.

I hope the additional doors do not add too much of weight penalty. It would be very special if managed its mass better than than GC did vis a vis 5 series.

Now we're getting somewhere. Where does this fit size wise vs the 5 and 7?

The trunk lip looks much slimmer/sharper than the coupes.
