The rear 3/4's panel pics give off a Panamera look. Is the 8GC supposed to target that market?

It looks almost like a stretched version of the coupe .. he entire front fascia , including the bumper design, looks almost identical with its sleek lights and wide grille. The back has nearly the same taillights and bumper design.
