It is stock, I have driven the C63 and that is how it sounds!

In my opinion, its only the exhaust. And I know what a e63 amg sound like and it doesn't sound like that on start. (Similar engine to c63 so....)

No such thing as an C63 Black yet. Sure ain't going to argue whether that is real or not, IMHO it is the real thing when you stand up close to the rear. I drove one for a few hours so I got pretty familiar with the exhaust sound, its amazing! But hey, don´t anyone take my word for it, go listen to it yourselves a judge!

My mistake, apologies.

Could very well be an aftermarket exhaust. It does sound a bit more raspy than normal, I attribute that to the location of the recording device where you can easily get that effect. In any event, I again encourage anyone interested to listen to one in person.
