Powerful sedan or SUV for around 1k lease?

Tired of my M4 ZCP due to shitty roads and winter in my area.

Any idea of another car around 1k lease payments?

Love the Trackhawk but it's too expensive in lease. Any chance to get a current X5M for 1k without tons of money down?

Any other recommendations? Open for any brand.

You'll just have to visit dealers and find out...

Nah, I'm over the F8x for now. The M3 only looks good when its lowered and then I would have the same issues again as with the M4.

M550i with the new engine would be an option but no idea when the LCI comes out.

I would like to try something different than BMW but not too many options out there.

I prefer first to see what's out there before wasting time at a dealership.

Look into an M3CS, M340i or leftover Tesla Model 3 Performance ($9k discount).

For SUVs, X3 M40i, X5 40i with M Sport package, or any leftover F85 X5M

CS or a base 3 Series is a no go.

My favorites are more like X5M, X6M, CTS-V, Hellcat... Something like that. The CADILLAC CTS-V would fit within the 1k budget.

How would a Hellcat or CTS-V fare any better than the M4 on shitty roads and winter in your area?

So you're blaming the M4 because you decided to give yourself no suspension travel and near zero tire sidewall.

If that's a trend that will continue with the hellcat or CTS-V, you aren't likely to fix your problem. And thus, we can't help you with suggestions.

I'm not blaming but looking for something different after 3 year's. Not looking for any recommendations how to fix my M4...btw... those are 35 and 30 sidewalls, so nothing crazy.

If you have any car you could recommend feel free to left your comment here 😉

Used F90s are still fetching a high premium, so it would have to be a CPO F10 M5 since OP's monthly budget is $1000.

Both cars share the same engine platform anyway, but I much prefer the DCT on the F10 over the F90's 8-speed automatic transmission. If OP's knees and legs are still good, he could even try to find a 6MT F10 M5, which will be extremely hard to find later down the road.

Fair enough but at the end of the day there's a ton of cars that fit the mold, ultimately you'll have to configure them online to get an idea of the pricing and test drive them to see what suits you.
