New (to me) M8 Comp Coupe

Just picked up a 2022 M8 Comp Coupe. I am coming from a 2021 M5 Comp, which I loved, however these first 100 miles I've put on the M8 is making me forget about my M5 real quick

I've been wanting to give the M8 a try for a long time now. I opted to take over someone's short term lease because I want to see reviews of the next gen M5 (G90) before deciding if I stay with an M8 or go back to an M5. Not liking what I am hearing about the new M5 (hybrid, weight, etc) so I may be looking at getting into one last M8 coupe next year before BMW does away with the ICE and apparently the M8 coupe completely.

Again, I've only put about 100 miles on the M8 but it has been awesome so far! Car has eventuri intakes, unsure if they add any performance but they look sweet and make some cool sounds. Also has a midpipe delete that makes it sound like a proper sports car. My butt dyno confirms it is quicker than my previous M5 and it is a true daily driving sports car.
I love the bucket seats, but wow are they challenging to get in and out of. I'm sure I'll get used to them

Anyway, glad to finally join the M8 family! Posted a few pics…

Nice car! Congrats!

Other than the difficulty of getting in and out of your seats, how are they once you’re in them? They’re an expensive option most of us do not have.

That's what I said before I had them; afterward I decided maybe I didn't need em after all.

Thanks!
They are great! They are surprisingly comfortable and hug you tight. This car is definitely spoiling me and I don't know if I can ever go back to normal seats
In all seriousness, if you can opt to get the bucket seats, go for it! Once you get the hang of getting in and out of them, you will not regret it.

I love these buckets! Wish they had the ass blowers tho but other than that, prefer them to the other seats.
