obviously the 22 has more depreciation built into the cost due to time and miles... if you are keeping the car a long time, the newer car with cpo will have a longer standing warranty as the 22 probably has an in service date in 2021.

Do you have the original msrps? Exterior and interior colors are subjective so thats your call. Personally I like the newer car with the low miles and cpo along with the color (personally of course). See if you can push the cost down a little on the newer one and have probably a better condition car and warranty that extends after the 4/50k.

Need more info and there are many factors unknown which you probably cant source:

What was msrp?
How many previous owners?
In service date?
Link to car?
ETC

Unknowns:

How much did they take the car in on trade?
Was this an auction car?
How much recon costs?
How much was the net CPO cost?
ETC.

I might be able to give you a wholesale value with the msrp and car link but that wont be what you can pay for it. The dealer may have it on a used car flooring line with no curtailment or maybe into the car heavy or just may sit on it for the right buyer vs blowing it out. We are 2 days away from month end though and if they need to move a sunken cost; this could be a good time.

Alot of what ifs here...

So I cant find relevant pricing since there not alot of sales at the auction on this year nor do they have super low miles like this.

So on the 163XXX msrp the dealer pre rebate and net of triple was at 145332. So 30k off in a year is worthy if you can do 115 but that car will drop further. I think you can counter to 112 or close and if you ink it by tomorrow they might jump in since its month end.
