I finally got to watch the race. Yay for Tivo. I'd have to agree that the only thing that really made that race interesting was seeing how far up Schumi would get by the checkered flag. As for the qualifying controversy, the only person who will ever know what really happened is Schumi. People will speculate but no one else will ever really know.

On to Britain!!

like it or hate it, but abc has some cool camera point of view. It was awesome seeing the race from the drivers' pov and let you see how quick the car moves on that narrow track.

Silverstone and then Montreal.

I have to admit that eventhough I don't like Alonso he his a great driver.

I believe Shumi deliberately park his car on the circuit to slow Alonso down.

I still hope Ferrari wins in England.

I just find it hard to believe the Shumi did that on purpose.
I hate CBS commentators. it took them a long time to realize the cameras
were on the smoking car of webber.
As soon as the cameras were on that, I was like NOOOOOOOOOOO no to you
webber. he was having such a race.

Oh well.

All the feeds for the races are broadcast by one company covering the race. Speed and CBS just commentate over the top of the broadcast being sent to them.

+1 it's formula one's world feed that you're seeing. Some countries is better than other when it comes to the actual directing of which camera you see. that's why when you're at some driver's home GP you'll see a lot more attention being paid to the driver.

You are absolutly right.

Get ready to see a lot of Jenson Button on TV next race. Thats the problem the local TV try to promote their on drivers.
