Were you able to remove the boomerangs and splitters with just a pry tool from the front?

Yes but those were done a few month ago. Today was just the center inlay piece up front. But yes those boomerangs and splitters will come off with just some really grippy gloves. You can use the pry tool to get them started.

Everything looks great, never seen that piece on that lower grill before. Where did you get that?

RCW Performance is where I got that. KillerBlackRhino Told/referred me to (Rake Lewis the owner). I went thru Facebook messenger and contacted him. PM me your email and I'll forward the catalog if you want to see their stuff.

Looks amazing!
Have any of you guys found a place for CF interior trims?

Not the standard center console one but the door window trim that’s just black or where the seat buttons are with the aluminum trim.

I saw some on eBay but hesitant to get it and have my car look cheap

Thank You!,

This guy has the seat control covers in CF but it's the whole cover not the individual buttons. I might get a set of these. Thinking they would contrast nice with the Ivory leather seats.

I haven't seen anything for the interior doors tho...

I had the boomerangs and splitters removed on my M8 yesterday replacing the plastic ones with carbon ones. Indeed using a large pry tool. What I did for the boomerangs is the following:
1. put protection tape (2 to 3 layers) around the boomerang for paint protection
2. use the new boomerang and put it on top of the mounted one to locate the different clip locations. Use a pen to mark them.
3. spray some WD40 oil at these locations in between the boomerang and the bumper and grill. This to have the clips lubricated somewhat
4. use a flat and large pry tool and push it in between the clip locations. For your left boomerang start in between the two top most right clip locations.
5. using the pry tool loosen the top 3 clips.
6. use a small flat screwdriver and insert it AT (not in between) the 2 clip locations that are attached to the grill and loosen both using the screwdriver.
7. finally use again the large flat pry tool for loosening the 2 vertical clips again positioning the pry tool in between clip locations.

This way the boomerang gets easily released. Putting the new one in is very simple. Just align the clips and gently press it in.

The bottom splitters are much more easy. Loosen the bottom screws holding the splitter. Gently pull the splitter out (no pry tool needed).

Hope this helps.

Very nice, I love the colour of your car.

What type of wheels do you have? They seem to look nice as well from a side view!
