Anyone lease a '22 yet (Gran Coupe)? Any good deals? Not near as good incentives as offered on '21s right now, but I can't find any of those near me. Dealer is not coming off a lot due to market conditions. Trying to get some consideration for the high market value to low residual on my '19 M5, we'll see how far that goes.

For what it is worth, I received 9% off my '22 M850 convertible, purchased two weeks ago. I was also forgiven 3 remaining lease payments on my '18 M550 (MSRP was $97K - highly optioned) so I factored that in to my deal as well...

My 22 M850i vert comes in Monday - unfortunately I got a small amount as a military incentive but that's it. I sink deeper in envy every post I read where others are getting quite a bit more. I'm sure I will forget all about the numbers as soon as I get to sit behind the wheel.

I really struggled with letting my M550 go - not only was it highly optioned, but it was the best car, let alone BMW I have ever owned.

But once I lowered the top on the M850 and listened to that engine in Sport mode, I haven't looked back and neither will you. You'll forget all about pricing, etc.

Adhere to the break in regimen for the car and you will enjoy miles of smiles!

PS - Please don't further torture yourself, but this is a great resource on current deals for the next time: https://forum.leasehackr.com/

While this is true... if you haven't taken delivery of the car, the deal is not yet finalized...

I had a dealer that tried to pull some BS after I had a deposit on my M3 the day before I was about to take delivery. I told them I would walk as I found another on the lot 30 min from their location (both 2 hours from me) that was willing to do the same deal + more, they tried to call me on my bluff, which it wasn't, then offered to meet the original terms while I was in route to the second dealer. I stuck with the second dealer (after receiving 5 calls in route from the first, including some with their GM and sales manager), received my deposit back from the first dealer within a couple days, and have purchased two more cars from the second dealer since.

Obviously my situation was triggered by the first dealer... I wouldn't necessarily go this route on a whim, especially if it was my home/servicing dealer, but this is part of the reason I choose to purchase my cars elsewhere. I have apologized on more than one occasion to the owner/president, but he understands and makes more off me for the service anyway.

Was quoted leases for m8 or alpina 1768 or 1829 respectively. 3500 down. I usually put nothing down and obviously I want to counter with a zero down deal. Thoughts?

What was the MSRPs? My estimated lease on the M8 comp from the website was around 2k.

Do you know if there was any discount on the M8 comp? And what the MF was?

That doesn't seem bad for an M8 comp. I think you said you know the GM so just curious what your discount was.

My M5 lease is almost up so trying to decide between another M5 or maybe an M8 comp.

Got more details. Both cars 10% off plus 1500 loyalty. 3500 down includes 1st month and drive offs. He did admit they upped the mf. Should be .00093 and he quoted like .00133 and he wasn’t gonna budge on that due to the big discount that he said nobody would touch. My issue is the 2-3 month build time. I was interested in an Audi rs7 as well and the local dealership has one coming in August and it’s Nardo on black and he will also give me 10% off that too (different dealership lol). So I’m now torn. I’ve had several newer bmws and the Interiors are starting to all look the same and I’m wanting something different so the Audi is calling my name but it’s hard to turn down the performance of an m8 comp.

Not sure on the M8 specifically, but 8 series "LCI” SOP is 3/22 and EOP is 6/25 from the future models thread. I would assume the M8 will fall in line with those days or only be a production cycle not two behind.
