New 5 Series?

Any word on when the new 5 Series is due out? I can't remember when the lates one came out.

i doubt the new 5 series is gonna change anytime soon. the m5 just came out.

The current 5 series design made it in 2003 for MY 2004. The MY 2007 5-series just came out 2 months ago or so. Includes minor modificaitons like the Audio Aux input, tire pressure monitor for each tire and some other things. I remember hearing the the new look 5-series would be ready for 2009 or 2010. I personally think the 5 series is the best looking sedan out there today. It will be hard to top, but I'm sure they will add a couple more inches to it as the interior between the 3er and the 5er is very small at this point.

I does look great. I'm not a fan of the interior though. I just doesn't seem that nice for a car that starts in the 40's. I do think the Olive Wood trim for the M5 is bad ass though.

when the first 5 came out it was really hard to swallow and as i see it more and more everyday and i mean everyday i see these things...it's grown on me.
